What To Wear

86 More days until the BIG day.

Alright, because I can't divulge the exact location of the wedding, (Invites will be sent out in a few days) I just want to let everyone know to dress in formal attire.

Excluding shoes.

The terrain is slightly downhill and it might be dangerous to wear shoes with heels. Depending on the weather, if it isn't raining we will be having the ceremony outside. If it is, we have other arrangement's for an inside ceremony. Stay tuned for more updates and photos!

When We First Met

June 14, 2016 ~
143 Days until we are hitched.
^ (I've actually dedicated this song to Lantz... it's 143 I Love You- by Bobby Brackens) < If you looked that up, I regret my teenager taste in music.)

So, let me tell you all the story on how we met. It's not super romantic, or passionate, or even story-book material. I had just broken up with my boyfriend of two (painful) years, and Lantz was actually still getting over his ex also. He later told me he had also made plans to move to his uncle's house so that he could pursue a job in the marines.

Until- he met me. (you're welcome)

At the time he was working in a pet store. (My dream job) and I would obnoxiously come in all the time to flirt with the guys who worked there - but also pet and love on all of the GUINEA PIGS. My brother had just gotten one, and I REALLY wanted my own. So, that gave me an excuse to be in there day after day to find the perfect guy- I mean guinea pig. Which I did:

Anyways, after I added every single guy that worked there as a friend on FaceBook, one of them messaged me. I didnt exactly know which one messaged me and I didnt really care. Lantz asked me questions, and told me he thought I was really cute. Then asked me if I wanted to go see a movie. I was nervous, and if you know me you know I actually have pretty bad anxiety from time to time. For some reason though, I told him yes- even though I thought of a million reasons to say no, I said yes. I was going to Monteray though for my birthday and would be back on the 3rd.

Our very first date was on June 4th 2012.

We saw a scary movie, and walked around talking about animals and pretty much everything. I told him I had an addiction to guinea pigs, and he probably thought I was crazy.

But in all seriousness, we met- and fell in love, all because of the worlds best guinea pig.

Wedding Invitations!

June 5th 2016 ~ AKA My birthday.
152 Days till two souls become one. <3

So, since this weekend has been pretty crazy, and I had some down time, I decided to look into pricing wedding invitations! Now, if you know our families, you know we LOVE a good deal.
Thrifty, but still nifty.
Lantz (being a guy and all..) could care less about the look of the invitations. So, he left it and almost everything up to me. =) He might end up regretting that...

LIST OF WEDDING INVITATION MAKING SITES:
       (Starting at "Thriftiest" cost)

1. Vista Print ~ $ Cheapest that I have come across. A great plus about this site is, they also have a Instagram account, with actual customer reviews and photos.
2. Basic Invite ~ $ Fairly cheap. Although I have to say the quality on these ones, were lacking compared to Vista Print.
3. Elli ~ $$$ This was by far the best quality I've come across. Hence, the price range... for 55 cards, it was $2.39 a piece! (and of course I found an absolute favorite there. Sucks being broke)

I've noticed that some stores sell kits. The only problem with those are you have to print them yourself... I'll keep doing my research, and eventually I'll find the perfect ones, for the perfect price!!

Anyways, that's all for today. See ya! <3
